Mpangaj — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using Mpangaj (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Data Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for the conduct of staff you invite. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful property-management purposes and not to misuse messaging features (e.g. unsolicited or unlawful communications).

4. Messaging & fees

Some features (e.g. SMS/WhatsApp messaging) are metered and may be subject to plan limits and fees. Applicable charges and limits are shown in your account settings.

5. Availability & liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Mpangaj is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be published with a new version number; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
